Ingredients:Palo Azul Wood, Nettle Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Cleavers, Dandelion Leaf, Uva Ursi Leaf, Spearmint.

Directions: Simmer 1 tablespoon (8–10 g) in 16 oz of water for 20–30 minutes. Steep 10 minutes, strain, and enjoy. Drink 1–2 cups daily.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after each use.
